I am an admin and I want to edit some content of a module. However, I can only view it. Why is that?
There might be several reasons why you can't edit some content. In all cases, you will need to contact a super admin to get the permission to edit this content.
The possible reasons are:
1. Your admin rights does not allow you to edit modules;
2. You don't have all the filters assigned to the content. To be able to edit content, you need to have all the filters assigned to the content;
3. The "editable by others" box was not checked when this learning page was created. During the creation of a learning page, the person creating the content can decide to not allow other users to edit this content.
Kindly check with the main administrator of the app to see which category you fit in with these 3 options.
