Applying cleaning policies to new projects
When you create a new project in ReachMee you need to apply a cleaning policy to ensure that you are collecting consent or informing candidates about how their personal data will be handled under GDPR.
If a policy is not applied to a project then applications will not be deleted from the project and the consent text will not visible for the candidate in the application form.
A cleaning policy is applied in a project under the ‘Project Definition’:

Once you have applied a policy to a project the consent text cannot be updated.
Therefore, it is important that you write an information text or consent text before you apply it in a project.
