There are some steps to be taken in order to make sure that a notification will be sent out to key contacts as soon as their onboardees submit their introduce yourself videos or texts. Follow the steps below to have it correctly set:
1. Firstly make sure that key contacts are being added to onboardees' profiles (in the current example, the manager is the one who will get the notification):
2. Go to settings -> email templates and follow the steps below:
1. Click on "add new item";
2. In category, select module;
3. In Module, select "Introduce yourself";
4. Chose for a prefilled data or not;
5. Choose a name for the email template;
6. Make the template active;
7. In "modules" select Introduce Yourself (or the name you have given to it when creating the module. For example: We want to know you!);
8. Select the key contact group you want to be linked to it;
9. Save the template.
