Whenever an advertisement is published to an e-mail integration an e-mail will be sent to a specific e-mail address with the advertisement content and the publishing details. The e-mail recipiant would then need to process the e-mail manually and create the advertisement based on the content sent in the e-mail. The external media are responsible for publishing the advertisement correctly according to the details sent to them.
Since the e-mail has to be processed manually it can take some time before the advertisement is published on their site.
By default, an e-mail is sent to the recipiant when publishing the ad with the publishing Start Date and End Date. It’s not possible to request publishing for a specific time, however it is possible to add a Comment if there should be anything specific you need to inform to the recipiant about the publishing.
E-mail is not sent when un-publishing, as the recipiant already know the End Date. If you would like to change the end date of a publishing for an e-mail integration you would normally need to re-publish the advertisement so a new e-mail is sent with the new Start Date and End Date.
