How can I update many users at once?

To edit many users / employees at once:

1. Go to "User settings".

2. Select "Users" or "Onboardees/Offboardees" and click on "Action" on the top right side.

3. a. There you can directly select "Bulk Operations"

4.a. Select all the users you want to edit

5.a. Click "Next"

3. b. If you want to update many users and don't want to select them on that page, you can also use the template option and import the users to be modified via "Import using Excel".

4. b. Click on the message inviting you to download a template and fill in the mandatory fields.
5.b. Upload the completed template and click "Yes" under "Bulk Operations ?".

6. Select the action you want to perform and click "Next".
