How to reach out to Boarding Support

1. Access the Boarding Knowledge Base
The Talentech knowledge base can be found here.
On this page, you’ll find articles related to all Talentech products, including Boarding Talmundo.
If you’re looking for something specific, use the search bar to quickly find relevant articles.
2. Create a Ticket in HubSpot from the Boarding Admin Back-End
Once you log in to the Admin Back-End, look at the bottom-right corner of the page. You’ll see the Help button.
Click Contact us to be redirected to the ticket submission form.
On this page, you can enter the details of your support request.
3. How to register to the Hubspot Support Portal
The HubSpot Customer Support Portal has replaced our previous support portal. From now on, all support tickets and communication will be managed in HubSpot.
When you’re on the ticket submission form page (after clicking Contact us in the Admin Back-End), look at the top-right corner. You’ll see the Customer Portal button.
Click this button to access the portal.
In the HubSpot Customer Support Portal, you can:
- Register with your email address and a password (first-time users)
- Log in if you already have an account
- Submit new tickets directly through the portal
- Track the status of all your tickets in one place
- View past support requests and responses for easy reference
This new portal provides a clearer overview of your requests, ensuring you always know the status of your open tickets.
To register, you only need to add your email address and password.
Once you have registered in the Customer Portal, you will be able to view your submitted tickets, reply to them, create new tickets, and export your data.
