Kosovo is recognized as a sovereign country by Norway (among many others), and is profiled as a independent nation on for example FNs home pages. Even though these are the facts, our recruitment and personell management tools developed by Talentech has to relate to ISO standards https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#search .
We can only add languages and countries with ISO numbers, and as such Kosovo is not yet added. I hope that we soon get the possibility to add your country to the list of nations in both Webcruiter and our other tools.
