No, that is not possible. When you delete an user you automatically delete the employee account of this person.
All employee accounts are connected to a user account. However, not all user accounts are connected to an employee account.
Good to know:
When deleting an user account you are also deleting the employee account connected to it. However, when deleting an employee account, the user connected to this onboardee will remain in the app but won't have access as an onboardee anymore.
