When you recommend someone for an open position you get points automatically depending on how far in the process the candidates goes. Below is the point scale. The points ads on for every step in the process the candidate goes through.
Send a recommendation = 5 points
Candidate marks that they are interested = + 50 points
Candidate is interviewed for the position = + 400 points
Candidate is hired = + 1000 points
If you recommend someone that is hired for the position you get a total of 1455 points.
