In ‘Application deletion’ you are able to set fixed rules for deletion of candidate data.
The default setting for ‘application deletion’ is 6 months.
You can also set a notification to be sent to the candidate prior to deletion, for example 3 weeks prior.
The candidate will receive an email, where they will be asked if they wish to prolong their retention period. They must then click on the link and accept consent once more.
You can adjust the setup for both recruitment projects and unsolicited projects.
