Collaborate with your fellow project participants

Short description

This function will enable the possibility to collaborate with added project members to the project. Remind or send messages to individual participants or the entire participant list with automated notifications. The feature allows users to easily communicate about the project.

The function is automatically visible in your instance under the "candidates" tab.

How does it work

The user enters a project, and automatically ends up on the candidate list page, click on the “Collaborate” symbol.

The user can also access the new function by clicking on candidates-> candidate list in the menu on the left. If that menu option is not visible, the user does not have permission to view candidates.

 



Either start by typing @ to bring up a list of participants you want to tag for your message, and then type information/message. Users can also start by typing information/message and then tag participants.

 

As a user, you can easily follow the message history linked to the specific project in the project chat.
 
 
A notification email is sent to the tagged participant which is sent to the user's email. Notification is also visible in the system that the user has unread messages in the collaboration function.
 
 
The notification in the recruitment system will show that the user has one (1) unread message linked to the project. The notification will automatically disappear once the user has read the message.
 

 

Questions and Answers

Is it possible to change an already created comment (after it has been sent)?
No, but the user who created the comment can delete their comment.

Is it possible to change the appearance of the email that is sent to users who have been tagged in a comment?
No, not yet.

Is there a limit on how often emails are sent?
No, they are sent immediately after the user clicks send

Is it possible to add attachments to the comment?
No, not yet

Is it possible to hide the collaboration chat from other users?
No, not yet. However, it is possible to restrict it so that not all users can create comments.

Will created comments be deleted when a project is closed?
No, not automatically. Only if the project is deleted

Will comments be deleted according to the current GDPR policy?
No, only the user who created the comment can delete it.
