The files uploaded in the "File" component in Learning Pages are only available to logged in users. This means that the link will not work for any external party and are only available to people having access to the app where the file is hosted.
If you try the open the link without being logged in, the default browser error message will be shown.
This way, we ensure that only authorized users can access the files added to a Learning Page through the Files component. Links cannot be available when shared with external users.
