There are 3 possible reasons why this is happening:
1. Filters: You don't have all the necessary filters to be able to edit the content;
2. Rights: Your admin rights do not give you permission to edit the content;
3. Editable by others not checked: During the creation of a learning page, the person responsible for it is able to check or leave the editable by others field unchecked. If this field is unchecked, only the creator of the content is able to edit it.
In all three cases mentioned above, the best thing to do is to contact the main administrator of the app and ask her/him to check the 3 possibilities.
