I can edit the forms in the backend but I can't see it in the frontend. What can be the reason?
In case you can edit the forms while being an admin but you are not able to see it while being an employee, please check the following:
1. Is the form assigned to a learning page?
The forms are all created in the library. However, if they are not assigned to a learning page the employees won't be able to see them in the frontend (onboardee's dashboard). Therefore, make sure that your form is inside a learning page.
2. Yes, my form is inside a learning page but I still don't see it.
In that case, it is possible that you did not add filters to all the sections inside the form. In order to check this, please refer to this article: "How do I assign filters to my form?"
3. Check the timing of the learning page in which the form is inserted:
If you don't know how to check it, don't hesitate to take a look in this article: "How do I set the timing for my learning page?"
