No, the link for the frontend (the app for onboardees) and the backend (admin page) are different.
An example of a link used as an onboardee is : https://talmundo-demo.apps.talmundo.com/
The link for the admin backend gets added ' /companyadmin/login ' at the end of the URL. An example of the link for user in the backend looks like this :https://talmundo-demo.apps.talmundo.com/companyadmin/308
