When creating a learning page you will see a "editable by others" checkbox:
By checking this box, you will allow other admins (who match the filters of the learning page) to also edit this learning page. In other words, if you don't want other admins to have the possibility to edit the learning page that you created, you can leave the box unchecked. If you check it, they will be able to edit the content you created.
