There are 2 possible reasons why you are not being able to edit this employee:
1. Your filters do not match with the ones from this onboardee: In that case you should contact the super administrator of the app and request the filters that are missing to be added to your profile;
2. Your admin rights don't allow you to edit onboardees, it only allows you to view them. In that case you should contact the super administrator of the app and request her/him to edit your rights.
