There are 2 possible reasons why you are not being able to delete this employeeor user:
1. Your filters do not match with theirs: In that case you should contact the super administrator of the app and request the filters that are missing to be added to your profile;
2. Your admin rights don't allow you to edit users or/and employees, it only allows you to create and updated and/or view them. In that case you should contact the super administrator of the app and request her/him to edit your rights.
